We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Specialist who can take full ownership of CRM architecture, lifecycle automation, advanced workflows, reporting, and integrations across our clients’ HubSpot instances.
This role is perfect for someone who has worked on real, end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, understands Sales & Marketing alignment, and can translate business processes into automated, scalable systems.
You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure HubSpot is optimized for performance, data quality, and automation maturity.
Key Responsibilities
1. HubSpot CRM Architecture & Ownership
Design, optimize, and maintain HubSpot CRM setup including:
- Lifecycle stages
- Lead sources & attribution
- Deal pipelines
- Custom properties & data model
Implement lead management frameworks including scoring, routing & sales handoff automation.
2. Advanced Workflow Automation
Build complex, multi-step automation systems using advanced workflow actions:
- Conditional logic
- Enrollment + re-enrollment criteria
- Delays based on events
- Custom property updates
- Cross-object automation
- Deal + ticket workflow management
Set up automated sales/marketing syncs with lifecycle progression.
3. Advanced Reporting & Dashboards
Build custom reports to track:
- Marketing attribution
- Funnel performance
- Lead quality metrics
- Pipeline velocity
- Revenue contribution
- Cohort analysis
Build multi-dimensional dashboards for leadership reporting.
Translate business goals into measurable KPIs using HubSpot’s reporting tools.
4. Data Quality & CRM Hygiene
Perform data audits and manage:
- Deduplication
- Data normalization
- Imports & merges
- Property clean-up
Create data governance rules and documentation for ongoing operations.
5. Integrations & Tech Stack Automation
Connect HubSpot with tools like:
- Customer.io
- Attio
- n8n / Make / Zapier
- LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads
- Webhooks, APIs & custom integrations
Troubleshoot sync issues & create reliable, scalable connections.
6. Marketing & Sales Automation Projects
Build automated nurturing systems, deal management flows, sales enablement triggers, and customer success workflows.
Support campaign creation using email marketing, lists, behavioral segmentation & personalization tokens.
Conduct A/B tests for templates, sequences, and workflows.
7. Client-Facing Implementation (if required)
- Work with clients to understand business requirements.
- Create SOW-level solutions and present workflows + architecture.
- Deliver end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects independently.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub + CRM).
- Proven experience delivering real client projects or internal HubSpot revamps.
- Strong understanding of complex workflows and advanced automation.
- Expertise in custom reporting, dashboards, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Strong database understanding: properties, objects, associations.
- Experience in lead scoring, routing, pipeline automation.
- Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for emails and templates.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly across workflows, forms, tracking, and CRM logic.
Good to Have
- HubSpot Certifications (Admin, Marketing Automation, Reporting, CMS).
- Experience with tracking setup (GTM, GA4 events, hidden fields).
- Knowledge of B2B funnels and SaaS lifecycle automation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, CS).
- Exposure to CRM migrations and database restructuring.
