We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional project delivery. This role involves direct interaction with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects, clear communication, and timely delivery.
Experience in Martech is a strong plus. Candidates from IT services or consulting backgrounds with strong project coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage ongoing client relationships

Understand client requirements, business objectives, and expectations

Plan, schedule, and coordinate client meetings, including agendas, timelines, and follow-ups

Manage internal stakeholders across marketing, tech, and operations teams

Track project timelines, dependencies, and action items to ensure on-time delivery

Communicate project updates, risks, and changes clearly to both clients and internal teams

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Influence cross-functional teams to drive outcomes without direct authority

Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and expectation management
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience working directly with customers or clients

Solid understanding of customer needs and relationship management

Ability to manage meetings, timelines, dependencies, and action items

Experience coordinating multiple projects across teams

Background in Martech is a big plus (CRMs, marketing tools, analytics, automation, etc.)

If not Martech, experience in IT services or technology consulting is required
